1. Service Agreement

By placing an order with West Town Bouquets, you agree to these terms and conditions. All rose arrangements are subject to seasonal availability, and we reserve the right to substitute rose varieties or colours of equal or greater value if necessary.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders require a minimum 48-hour notice. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash for collection orders. Custom quotes are valid for 14 days.

3. Delivery & Collection

Collection is available Tuesday–Saturday from our Peterborough studio (by appointment). Local delivery is offered within Peterborough and surrounding areas for £8–£15 depending on postcode. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery/collection will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable as roses will have been prepared.

5. Quality & Care

All roses are fresh and hand-selected from premium growers. We guarantee quality at the point of delivery/collection. Once received, care and longevity depend on the recipient's environment and care. We are not liable for damage after delivery.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased arrangement. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or access issues. Wedding and event contracts have separate terms.
